NORTH ZONE CHAPTER OF THE UROLOGICAL SOCIETY OF INDIA believes in helping its delegate as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 30 business days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 29 and 15 business days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 15 days prior to the scheduled event.  All refunds(excluding GST) will be processed after the conclusion of the event..

Any cancellation request received fewer than 30 business days prior to a scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the respective Committee Chair(s) who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action.

If the event is cancelled by NZUSICON 2024, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%).
